About the Project
The Plug: Skills, Support, Success is a community-driven initiative designed to empower young people aged 16–25 with practical tools to succeed in life and work. It blends employability training, mental health support, and mentorship into a comprehensive, inclusive support program.

Who It Will Benefit
Young people in Croydon and surrounding areas, especially those facing unemployment or lacking access to support networks, will benefit from targeted resources, coaching, and opportunities tailored to their needs.
Community Involvement
This project was co-designed with input from over 100 young people through surveys and consultations. It will continue to be guided by a youth-led steering group made up of local participants, mentors, and professionals.
