YourGateway2Success delivers structured activities throughout the week, designed to inspire personal growth, develop essential skills and strengthen social connections for young people aged 16–25.

Wednesdays (4:00 PM – 8:00 PM) Focus: Creative Development & Life Skills
Life Skills Workshops: Interactive sessions focused on emotional regulation, healthy relationships, responsible decision-making and personal resilience. Group Discussions: A safe and inclusive space led by trained youth mentors, offering young people the opportunity to discuss challenges, aspirations and everyday life.

Fridays (4:00 PM – 9:00 PM) Focus: Social Engagement & Skill Building
Creative Workshops: Engaging sessions in dance, music and storytelling that promote creativity, emotional expression and self-esteem. Recreational Time: Informal social space with games, music and group bonding activities to build positive peer relationships in a supervised setting.

Saturdays (10:00 AM – 8:00 PM) Community, Creativity & Outdoor Activities
Community Projects: Youth-led volunteering and initiatives that build leadership, a sense of responsibility and local engagement. Outdoor Activities: Sports, fitness sessions, park days and nature walks that promote physical wellbeing, team spirit and mental health.

Holiday Periods (School breaks and seasonal holidays)
Extended Programme Hours: Daytime sessions from mid-morning to early evening to maximise access and engagement for young people during school holidays. Enrichment Trips: Organised excursions to museums, cultural venues, restaurants and tourist attractions, along with seasonal activities such as BBQs, sports days and family fun days. These experiences aim to expand horizons, build confidence and strengthen community bonds. Workshops and Guest Speakers: Themed sessions delivered by professionals, focusing on digital safety, mental health, youth leadership, entrepreneurship and other relevant areas to support personal growth and informed decision-making.

Upcoming Project: Gateway Forward
Gateway Forward is a free youth mentoring and life-skills programme supporting young people aged 16 to 25 in Croydon. The project provides trusted guidance, practical support and a safe space where young people develop confidence, prepare for adult life and plan their next steps.
